Hello,
If you want the best then probably either Nairobi Hospital, or Aga Khan. Both will quote 'delivery packages', so you know in advance how much you might be expected to pay.
You could also try Nairobi Women's Hospital, which has a daily 'walk in' Obstetrics & Gyanecology clinic.

One more thing that I picked up from a contact of mine is that you should be aware that some hospitals will try their level best to find a reason to do a C section, as its more revenue for them, than a natural delivery.
Private medical services are very money driven, unfortunately, so you cannot assume that the patients best interests will be put first.
