I'm planning to go for Umrah this month end, but i'm new in oman and have spent only 4 months here.
Can i obtain a Umrah visa from oman ?

Yes You can!
Check around in Salalah and find a travel agent that can apply for the visa on your behalf. It usually takes a few days to be issued.
