Hi I would like to know because im confused right now. my company booked me a ticket flying back to manila. Dammam bus station to Bahrain - Bahrain to Abu dhabi - Manila. my visa is FINAL exit.
Now my question is, where will i surrender my Iqama?

You will not be exiting through Bahrain airport, rather from Causeway Border at Dammam before you enter Bahrain.

As it's a final exit visa, she will no more be a GCC resident. So, she can't avail the on-arrival visa facility exclusively for GCC residents (iqama holders).
A visa has to be arranged ahead of travelling. Isn't it HRGuru?

True, but if you have an onward journey ticket from Bah airport to Manila, she will get transit visa or entry permit from Causeway Bahrain Immigration Authorities and I believe the bus goes to the airport as well.
