Hello I'm Elena...I'm Filipino...I'm in Kuwait...I'm in working visa but it expired March 8. 2017...the mandoob renewed it but visa 14...i dont know why...my question is...now I'm visa 14... can i change it to visa 20?

article 14 is a temporary visa, could be that the company you are in currently has issues, you'll notice it is only for 3 months, please make sure it has not expired. and also, check with the mandoub of the company.
