UAE is a nice place to live! Its a multicultural country and you can have a really good life in Dubai!!
The most important thing is that you should have a driving license!!
What information do you need exactly?

hmm!! I am not very much aware about Abu Dhabi except that accomodation is expensive there!
Dubai is the best place to live & work, you can have a good social life and night life!!
Public transport system is not very good, so its better to have your own car!!
Expenses depends on ur lifestyle!!!

Yes Ofcourse!! Women can drive in UAE freely!!
I think u might have heard about Saudi Arabia where women are not allowed to drive!!!
