I am an expat working with The Royal Guard of Oman as a Clerk. Can my family who will visit Oman on a visiting visa can get a visa to visit UAE??

Visit Visa is usually for a single entry only. So if your family wishes to visit the UAE, you should apply for their visit visa to the UAE online and time it with their departure from Oman, to the UAE, and back from the UAE to the home country.

Nope. you need to apply for their UAE visit visas. Also once they exit Oman their Oman Visit Visa will expire.
