95K is cheap compared to most other compounds, the avg range for a decent one is from 120 - 150 / year.
This is an apartment, wouldn't be paying 120-150k for an apartment in any compound.
The price I mentioned are for apartments, independent villas costs more in compounds - upwards of 140 +.
