Salary deduction

Hello goodmorning, can i ask about may problem i extended may vacation and now the days that i extend will be deducted on my salary times 2 what will i do ???

If you don't have any accrued leaves left, it's normal that your salary will be deducted.

Multiplied by two? Should not be like that unless it's a policy?

Yup, Connie's right.

The deduction should be only for absence and not anything else or twice the pay. Could depend on your company policy or by mistake.   Better to check with them on the same since some companies dock leave pay .

I guess that's his company policy.

That's my assumption too. So kabayan, better check with your company and clarify🙂
