Permanent residency visa

Hello,
I just would like to ask about some information

I got positive answer from Kazakhstan about my decuments for j2 visa

I want to know :
1- will I get my decuments back from the embassy or no ??
2- there is any important decuments I need from my country to apply for resiedent card in Kazakhstan ??
3- how much I have to pay for the embassy when I apply for j2 visa after the agree $$ ?
4- how long it will exactly the resident card ??
