Hello all, I would like to know the how one gets a job with a visit visa in bahrain and the duration taken to change from the visit visa to work visa and if I must exist bahrain to enable the work visa work for me in terms of securing a job

Yes visit visa to work visa is possible, kindly read the below link http://lmra.bh/portal/en/faq/question/10

The time frame is not known and depends on several things, but once your potential employer has applied for the work visa then you could know about it.

Thank logicalindian, I was afraid of using the visit visa when looking for a job in bahrain because of the advice that I had gotten from a friend
