I just transfer and i am 2 months now, I want to transfer to other company, is that possible because i went to lmra they said i need to finish one year before i can transfer. but its written to my contract that during the probationary period its either the employer or employee can terminate the contract. My boss dont allow me to transfer. what do i need to do? please help me
