Hello there. I just want to ask for more information about getting married in Hongkong. I am a Filipino and my fiance is German. We want to meet there and get married. I just want to make sure if the marriage certificate there is 100% valid when I apply for a family reunion visa here in the German Embassy in Manila. Hope you can help me. Thanks!

If you have the official marriage certificate and an accompanying apostille, it should be recognized without issue.

Ask at the German consulate in Hong Kong how to get the marriage certificate legalised (= apostille on the back). You might also need an official translation of the certificate to deal with German officialdom.
