Hi all,
I am working in Saudi Arabia since 2014,went on final exit before 2 months and came back with new visa, I have a stc number in my previous old iquama how to change it to my new iquama, since I ported the number from mobily to stc ,which office should I go,mobily or stc..??, can anyone help me with it..?

Changed my network provider from Mobily to stc

Go to any STC showroom and ask them to register it under your new iqama number.

I think you have to call stc call center (900)

I already went to the stc office they told me to go to Mobily office because I changed my network provider before,mobily office they don't have any idea about this..i am confused

Pop into any STC shop and the Saudis are more than welcoming. They will help you and if they can't they will tell you what to do and where to go. The new policy now is that you have to register your fingerprint. Takes minuets
