Hi expat mates!

I'm thinking about a relocation to Prague and I was wondering what's an average salary in the field of IT? More to the fact, I've 7 years of experience in IT consulting, how much can I expect?

Also what's the difference between a gross and a net salary, I heard about 12.5% for social security and 15% tax, could you confirm?

And what about the cost of living: housing, food, travel, going out?

I didn't found a clear answer to the two first questions so far, so any help would be gratefully appreciated.

Hi, I have been very recently offered 95000 CZK for job in Prague as a Lead Solution Architect. After taxes it is something like 68 000 CZK. Offered salary is something like 3 times over Prague average and 4 times average for Czech Republic.
