Might be hard work, but not impossible.

To work legally you must get a work permit that will allow to to get an immigration document (KITAS).
The work permit will only be issued if your employer can prove you have skills unavailable from an Indonesian.
That's always assuming you can find an employer willing to pay a lot of cash to get the permits and pay you.
Maybe specialist restaurants but the market is very limited.
