Hi, Im planning to go for Final Exit this coming March and still I didn't find any person to whom I will transfer the car (ANB Leasing). When I check in the MOI the car is not under my name but it mention there I am the co-owner, will I be able to get the Final Exit Visa?

No, you can not get final exit if you still registered as co-owner in MOI.
You must transfer the car, then you can get final exit.

Yes, my friend had a car from AlYousr company, and he couldnt get final exit until he sold it and change the name to another person
