Need a Visiting Visa to enter Saudi Arabia by any means necessary!

My fiance and I (he is Syrian and I am American) have tried every possible way to get a visiting visa to Saudi Arabia (I am currently living in America and he has residency in Saudi) so we may be married with no luck at all. I am a pharmacy technician (in case any of you have any connections or know of any jobs) and have not found any open jobs. We currently are awaiting a approval for a business visa we have under one of his relatives, it has been three months since we initially opened it. Why is it taking so long?! I was wondering if anyone could suggest or help us to obtain a visa! Any comments or suggestions are greatly appreciated!

There are companies who charge you and get a consultant kind business visa issued - almost instantly.

But why are you coming? You cannot get your marriage registered officially. Nor can you be hired during your stay.
