my question is that Western union or money gram agence report the money received to receita federal ?
my ex boyfriend sent money manytimes last year and 2015 too
i heard that i should declarar n receita federal and some people said i shouldn't ?

If you are a Brazilian tax resident you are obliged to pay tax on your worldwide income (minus deductions depending on bi-lateral tax treaties) and the money received constitutes income as such then you are obliged to declare it in your tax return as income.
