I have completed my 2 years in company.
I dont want to continue with them.
I have offer letter for another company.
Existing company will give the NOC but PRO is not available.
After getting noc what is the procedure where to submit noc?
Any one have idea about it.plz rep

I'm afraid ROP don't attend to individual requests without the presence of your previous' Employer PRO. You may check with your new Employer, they might be able to assist you with that if they're keen on getting you onboard quickly.
