Following fashion in the Netherlands

Hi everyone,

Do you follow fashion trends in the Netherlands? Every country and every culture has its own dress code. As far as you are concerned, have you changed the way you dress?

Can one easily find fashion boutiques in the Netherlands? Are clothes expensive there? Or cheap?

What do Dutch usually wear or like to wear the most?

Mrs C has told me to say that clothing in Holland is generally of a better quality, fits better, is much cheaper and contrary to popular belief, not everyone wears clogs.

What do I know, I'm a bloke, I just follow her around the shops and do what I'm told (generally to behave myself and stop annoying people). :)

I love shopping but there are too much limitation when it comes to fashion choices and shopping in Netherlands. First of all,  the shops are closed way to early and there are not much nice shops and mall around anyway. Second, due to weather being cold throughout the year, the dress code is always autumn/ winter style.
I miss the summer  :(
Would personally recommend to go to Milan or Berlin for shopping. Or buy from Amazon :D

I also love fashion my self, before I lived in Indonesia, I was never be able to explore my dressing style. But now being in the Netherlands, I can do some layering and go creative with my clothing style. And shopping in the Netherland is not that expensive since you have common clothing store like: H&M, Zara, and etc

@elham.sarikhani  You don't have to go far to go shopping. I live nearby Den Haag, and it has different line up of stores and I love to go shopping there.
