Need help please!

I have been trying for about 2 weeks to get an appointment for istiqdam for applying the family visa from Riyad, can anyone have any idea by what time they will open the slot , why because every day I am trying and not getting any result. Please suggest me with your opinion.

Give a try in weekend (Friday), I was lucky to get one on that day around 1 PM ....

Note, there is no specific time though, it depends on availability; not sure how it works perhaps
