TEFL and teaching English in Nairobi?

Is there much of a need for English language teachers in Nairobi? I have been thinking about re-enrolling back into my TEFL course to consider teaching English as an option if I can not find a job soon enough in my field.

English is one of the official languages in Kenya and is taught in school, from primary level.  It's widely spoken, particularly in urban areas.

There may be scope for private tuition, as school teachers are officially not permitted to do this.  Technically you would need a work permit.

Alright. Thanks Longonot62.
