I have been studying Russian only recently over the Internet. I will make another 1 month visit to FEFU in Vladivostok in March. Great weather, I don't like Global Warming.
I am trying to figure out how to directly wire money to some Russian bank from the US. The bank I currently have an account with is Sbrbank, and they are under restrictuions. I wonder if anyone has advice on this.

I heard, if the account connected with Mastercard or VISA,
