Bank Holidays

There are three kinds of holidays for the financial sectors.

1- Eid ul-Fitr -- 23-Jun-2017 to 30-Jun-2017
2- Eid al-Adha -- 27-Aug-2017 to 02-Sep-2017
3- National day -- 23-Sept

Is it the same for Engineering / Oil&Gas ?
What is the difference between National and Government / Public sector? There are different types?

Engineering, Oil & Gas, Banks - all are from Private sector.
Public sector is just governmental entities.
National is not a sector, it's kind of Independence day.

Please note that the 2 Eid holidays depend on Linar calendar. Exact dates can't be confirmed at this time. They are usually announced a couple of weeks ahead.
