My son is about join me in MUSCAT by APRIL this year, after completing the 11th CBSE exam.
can he get admission in Indian schools or any other for the 12 th STD.

Yes, it is possible.
Admissions to the primary classes is a huge problem though. At least it used to be till about a couple of years back.
Now with the low oil prices and the overall depressing economic conditions, admissions to Indian Schools may not really be a huge problem as before, given the drastic drop in the number of Indian expatriates here in Oman.
