For the traveler new to this idea, CHECK YOUR DATES I went with Vietnam visa on arrival and didn't check, consequently I got to Tan Son Nat and was told to go back to Singapore, fortunately the immigration guy I met was very helpful and arranged an emergency visa for 1 month via the travel agent but it cost $200. So much for trying to save money. In these situations it pays to stay calm, it was me who was to blame, NO one else, they contacted the travel agent at the air port and I phoned my hostess as i didn't have enough Dong to pay for it her brother bought the cash and all was cool. JUST CHECK THOSE DATES!!!!!!!!! you can see why I love this country
