Uber like service in Marrakesh Morocco

Hi there,

I love Morocco and I would love to move to Marrakech - I have an idea to launch a uber style taxi service in Marrakesh and I wonder if anyone can tell me the following:

1. Does such a service exist in Marrakesh or Morrocco?
2. How difficult would it be to get licensing for such a service in Marrakesh?

In general I think starting a business in Morocco is overly bureaucratic and complex. You might Google ease of doing or starting a business ranking in Morocco. From what I see most people use public transportation - tax, bus. I would market tourist who are familiar with the concept or high wage Moroccans. You definitely have to use French to get the word out to the public try all the social media run ads on Facebook.
