They asked for a proxy letter.Do you know where I could get it done? Please

I think you should have your fiance go to the cartorio and ask them exactly what you need to do a marriage by proxy. They should also know where to get the proxy letter. Another option would be if your fiance could come to the USA and you could get married there.
