Hello everyone,
I have lived in PP for nearly three years and am planning to move to Kampot in June or July.
My job requires fast internet (about 20 Mbps) and reliable electricity. For any of you that live, or have lived there I'd appreciate your take on these two things. For example, how frequent are the power outages? How long do they typically last?
Also, does living outside the city limits change anything?

I have the same questions as I'm considering relocating to Kampot.
I see SInet has 30M up and down internet in Kampot for $40/month which looks good on paper. Anyone actually using it?
