thats a hard question, i've been in both dubai and abu dhabi now in doha,
depends on what you compare, and depends on your life style,,
generally..
UAE has more varieties and options in all life aspects (schooling, housing, entertainment, even jobs opportunities, etc)
if you dont have a big income jump,, dont think about it,
what ever level u r in UAE u have to add 25% to have the same in doha,,
