Depending on your urgency, you may want to try and find something with Medici Living. medici-living.com/berlin There all inclusive and you can book immediately a furnished international flat share. If you've got enough time, you could also check out wg-gesucht.de if you want to be more selective about your choice.

The website mentioned above (correct URL is https://www.medici-living.com/s/berlin? … %5D=berlin) offers tiny rooms at inflated prices - but this is still worth considering if you come to Berlin (or a few other cities the site offers) for a short time (a few months) or need to be flexible for other reasons - their one month termination notice period is much shorter than the usual three months!
