I am due for police test this month!

I am calling the Bahraini Teacher so to start the learning

But to my dismay, he keeps on avoiding me, and shutting off the phone.

I already paid him 250BD cash, one year ago just to make a schedule.

Please help, should i complaint (when and where?)

if i applied for a new booklet, is the police test schedule will appear?

Never give all money before
N why 250bd, I paid only 110bd
5bd/hour is legal
They often take your money and never take your call

Try to take some classes with other teacher without changing it in your book
It's illegale but you have no choice

Unfortunately you will not be able to complain anywhere, since what you have done is not legal. As Haseeb91 suggested better to take some classes with another instructor.

NOTE: Try not to speak about your old instructor with the new instructor you do not want anything unpleasant to happen. Concentrate on your driving and test.

I went just today to complaint.

The police ask me to come back tomorrow as it was late in the afternoon. Second floor room number 7.

I feel i have to apply again for a new booklet and card and do it again. A learning experience for me.

But i hope the teacher gets punished after i file complaint

Same this happen to me 6 years before but luckily i got the instructor home address and go there and make little fight with him and then he return my money and book. and the i get other instructor and if you you tell your new instructor about old thy not give you time just tell them old instructor don't have time.
