Doctors & hospitals in Cairo

Dear all,
I have been considering to deliver my baby in my home country , however I might now need to change my plans and think of delivering in Cairo. This decision has to be taken within the coming couple of months and it will depend on the availability of excellent professional maternity hospitals and doctors who follow proper health standards. To be honest my first encounter/ experience with doctors and hospitals in Egypt wasn't good at all during the beginning of my pregnancy, as I didn't feel that usual procedures were followed specially in terms of tests and examinations plus I didn't feel I was given the proper care and advice. Please advise whether there is any recommended specialised hospital and doctor.
