Hello i am currently living in Baja, Hungary i move here from the USA. And i am interested in purchasing a right hand drive car that is all ready registered in Hungary. I heard a rumor recently that hungary will be attempting to not allow and remove all ready registered cars from traffic. Is there any truth to this rumor and if so how is it possible. If my car is currently registered and inspected for the next 2 years how can they tell me i can no longer drive my car. Thank You for your guys time.

So far we have not heard anything about that new law.
They may change things they may not.
I would personally think twice about buying a car with the right hand wheel because it can be a bit on the dangerous side here in HUngary.
My friend has a UK car and at times it can be hard to see on narrow roads when making turns or passing on a narrow road.
Just something to think about.
