Studying in Australia

Hello everyone,

Would you recommend studying abroad in Australia?

Every year, 4 million young people from all over the world choose to study abroad for one semester or a full academic year. Would you encourage them to come and study in Australia?

In your opinion, what are the most prestigious colleges and universities in the country/area? Are these free of charge? If not, are tuition fees expensive? Are there many foreign students enrolled in these schools/colleges/universities? What is the main language of instruction at the university?

Thank you in advance for sharing!
Priscilla

Hi everyone,

I'm surprised to be the first to answer.
Well, I have not studied in Australia but know how popular this destination is for students.
23 Australian universities rank among the best 500 universities, according to the The QS Universities ranking. The Australian National University ranks on the 22nd position.

What else? Melbourne is considered as the second Best Student Cities, just after Paris. Sydney has the highest cost of life, similar to Paris as well. The other cities are much more accessible.

Finally, it seems that every Australian city cultivates a spirit of innovation, which is, in my view, an essential element that can stimulate students and make them want to go beyond their university course.
