My husband is living/working in Kuwait and I am looking to come over from the UK with the children and need some advice on the best schools for them. My biggest concern is for Yr 9 as they are about to choose their GCSe subjects for Yr10 and I want to make sure I pick the right school for him. I have the option of coming in the spring term or waiting for the new school year - can't decide which will be best! any advice welcomed!

Some very good English schools, especially for IGCSE and A level results. In no particular order NES (put first because I work here), BSK, KES are the top 3 I think. Don't leave it too long to apply these 3 are often oversubscribed.

Hi GMannion,

Do you think I can still apply for NES? Or are admissions closed now?

I have applied already at BSK for my daughter (for KG) just to have another option.
