Please suggest me about second time sponsorship transfer
1) I came with my wife as mehram who is university teacher
2) I arrange offer letter from local company and get transfer who is my current sponsor
First , I want to know " CAN I RETURN BACK TO BY WIFE'S SPONSORSHIP " as I am facing family issue and do not want to continue with my job
Second , If other company allow me work me in flexible hours , how I have to proceed

It's possible! Firstly you'll have to cancel ur present visa then would have to obtain fresh mehram visa upon your wife's name. The second possibility which u asked is risky, if u get caught by the shurtas then It will be a problem.
