1 - Find an employer willing to take on a foreigner
2 - Apply for a work permit (The potential employer does this)
3 - If it's granted, apply for a KITAS (The potential employer does this)
The only way you'll get a work permit is if no Indonesian is able and available to do the job you're applying for.
