Seeking help for obtaining paper cpr

do you have a multi-entry for Bahrain? I don't know your nationality, but Brits need to get the five year multi-entry and then they can visit a CPR office (top floor Sitra Mall is one) with proof of their residence location approved by the Chamber of Commerce.

I a from India and me and wife hold Saudi iqama. we don't have Bahrain multiple-re entry. We visited to sitra mall for cio office but now they shifted to cio main branch isa town.
they also informed me to get the municipal certificate for the address proof then visit to visa office to get the multiple visa then go for paper cpr. but the concern is this visa is valid for  month only and the cpr will be the same valid for 6 month. I am looking for one year and more. please suggest how to get it or there is nay other options to get it.

So I have a one year paper Bahraini cpr  will be able to get the real cpr? Or will I be able to sponsor my family to come to Bahrain?
