Dear Concern,
I am in Bahrain almost 5 month, now i have to change my employer, what is the best procedure to change the employer, Once i resign letter post by post office or i get mobility from LMRA, after that the employer could make further complain like run away or blacklist.
The advice how to switch my employer smoothly will be highly appreciated,

Your employer may have a upper hand here if you have not completed your term in contract. But below is the procedure to gain mobility
