Work process

Hi Jennyrian, Maro is right. Your BF needs to find a job here in the Philippines. Once hired the company will be the one to process his work visa. Here are the steps:
Step 1    -   Passport should be valid and visa should be updated

Step 2    -   Secure TIN and TIN ID    (Turnaround time is 1 – 6 working days)

Step 3    -    Process AEP (Alien Employment Permit) at DOLE.   After 3 weeks, the AEP card will be released.  (Turnaround time is 2 – 3 weeks)
                 

Step 4    -     Process PWP (Provisional Work Permit) at Immigration office. PWP is good only for 3 months. (Turnaround time is 2 – 3 weeks)
                      Requirement: AEP receipt, TIN ID / 1902 / 1905 / 2316
                   
                   

Step 5    -      Upon release of PWP and AEP, we can start processing the work permit/ 9G visa which is valid for 1 year.  (Turnaround time is 2 – 3 months)
