Establish a company in Asuncion

I saw 54 views but still did not have any advise.
My Name is Andrew. my nationality is Vietnamese. I would like someone to help me to establish a company registered on my name in Asuncion, Paraguay.

I need to know 5 things as below:

2. how long it will be done?
3. All in order procedures
4. When should I pay?
5. The most important thing is which paper should I prepare cos I need to bring it from Vietnam to Paraguay country on my travel on 29 Jan 2017
6. Do i have any benefit from Government if I owe company there?
Something like residence card, free tax, etc...?
