I was informed by my Employer that if they provide me NOC they will not get visa in lieu of me.
My contract was finished and company gave written notice that they will not renew it.
What can i do get NOC

Hi subha1,
As per the current labour laws, the decision of granting or not, of the NOC by the employer to an employee rests entirely with the employer.
The employee has no say in the matter.
