My company terminate me during the probation period because they don't have work also my company give me release.
is this possible to get new visa with this release because I came oman only 2 month ago

Also if i get new job is this required to go out amd come back or visa will change here

Armed with a 'Release' document, you are free to join any other company in Oman.
Also, you do not have to exit the country.
