Hello everyone,

Finding affordable housing in Bahrain is number one priority for newcomers. Tell us more about the estate market in your district/city/region.

What are the most desired places to live? What are the most affordable ones? What is the average cost of a rented flat? And what is the average sale price for an appartment or a house? Could you tell us more about local real estate policies/procedures? What about property tax or residency tax in Bahrain?

What about you? Where do you live now? Is it a place you would recommend?

Hi Dear,
Yes i recommend Bahrain, Bahrain is a very good place I am living Arad near Bahrain airport and its quite nice area and people are very friendly.

I suggest to live in Saar which is family friendly place and it's near to school and everything. I currently living at the same area. Saar

Bahrain is good for living and an average Flat of 2bhk is about 150BHD to 250BHD depends on locations well here good areas for living as connected to markets and facilities are Manama, Muharaq, Riffa, these all are congested areas mean you can get most of things in your neighborhood and no need for having car specially if you want to buy daily items and if you can own a car then better areas are isa town, juffair, Galali, Hidd , Arad and there are much more and there are no taxes at all so its fine living here and easy .
