Finding affordable housing in Lahore is number one priority for newcomers. Tell us more about the estate market in your district/city/region.

What are the most desired places to live? What are the most affordable ones? What is the average cost of a rented flat? And what is the average sale price for an appartment or a house? the housing market is mostly locally own and prepared. people here prefer to sell only to the people from that city.

property can be rented out or on operating lease which is a lease for short time without ownership. let out only for usage.

if the rent of the property is too high it could mean that the electricity, water and gas connection bills are included. its better to ask them before agreeing to paying such high rents according to the local market.
