Architecture/interior designer job OR small home business in Turkey

Hi everyone,

Iam an Architect by profession and have more than 12 years work experience in Dubai and Pakistan.Now want to move to Turkey for good.

Looking for a job opportunity or if i want to start freelance work from home.

1-Is it allowed in turkey to work as a free lancer without any company license and on that basis can i get work permit?
2-how is construction market nowadays?
3-Over all living standards ,expenses for a small family?
4-Schooling fee( free or have to pay)?
