Opportunities for teenage son

Hi all, my family and I are considering moving to Denmark in the next year or so. My main concern at the moment is my 17 year old son. He has recently left college without many qualifications and is now looking for work. I would be really grateful if anyone could tell me what kinds of opportunities he might have in denmark, particularly copenhagen or surrounding areas. Would he be able to go to college there if he wanted to? How does the english exam system compare to danish, in terms of what his grades here might be equivalent to there? Are there many job or training opportunities for young people his age?
