Resignation. Can i take back my resignation?

Hi,
I am Afshan Khan 33 years old Bahraini. Working since 3 years in a multinational pharmacutical company located in Australia but they have their agent in Bahrain . I was suffering from bad health few days back & was given light duties for 7 days from the dr. My manager didn't approve that infact he didn't reply on this matter.
I was so upset by his behaviour that I resigned through an email . I'm still working and they have given last date 31 Dec .
My question is that , Do I have any right to take my resignation back as I don't want to leave my company .

Hi,

Unfortunately this decision can be taken by your company only, may be you can meet you manager personally and speak to him
