How to get Police Clearance?

Hi! Can you please help how to get the Kuwait police clearance? I got a job in UK FALKLAND and one of the requirements is the Kuwait Police Clearance since Im here in kuwait almost 5 years what are the requirements dor getting a police clearance? And where i can get a request letter ? In Philippine kuwait embassy? Or in uk embassy? and Can anyone help me where should I get this one? Thanks.
